⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ (10/5 stars if I could!) I got a brand new iPhone 16 Pro Max at the end of August. When I bought it, my cell phone company tried to sell me a $70 lens protector for the three camera lenses. I passed, figured I’d just grab one online because $70 is ridiculous. Well I forgot to order protectors for the lenses… Fast forward to my vacation in Florida… I set my phone down on a tile table and two of my lenses cracked, one completely shattered. I called Ryan at The Cellphone Dr., and they ordered the lenses in for me right away. My work schedule is crazy, and since I run my business from my phone, I asked if they could do a same-day repair. They agreed and even said their tech would stay after close to make sure I had my phone back that night. I dropped it off around 5:15 PM and by 6:15 PM they called to say it was ready. Here’s the part that blew me away: when I picked up my phone, the tech told me it wasn’t my actual camera lenses that broke, it was just the lens protectors that were already on the phone (I had no idea it even came with them!). They could’ve easily charged me for the parts and labor, and I would’ve never known the difference. Instead, they were completely honest and told me I didn’t owe them a dime. That kind of honesty is rare these days. I brought in the new lens protector I’d ordered, and they even installed it for me at no charge. The entire experience, from communication to integrity to customer care, was beyond impressive. If I could give this place 10 stars, I absolutely would. I’ll be bringing all my devices here from now on. Businesses built on honesty and genuine customer service deserve to be recognized. Thank you, Ryan and team!

Very knowledgeable, friendly, price was better than anybody else. They were honest and told us the cheapest way to do it. Adam that helped us,gave us troubleshooting advice that we could try on my sons PC before we would actually have to bring it in. And even then it was a easy fix for him,,,when a different place said it needed 600$ or more of work. At Ryan's PC,it cost 60$ in the end. I would NEVER go anywhere but here.
